Note for users in Switzerland
The legal basis for data processing also derives from Art. 45c of the Telecommunications Act (FMG) and the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), which came into force on 1 September 2023. The FDPIC guidance (updated October 2025) confirms that active consent is also required in Switzerland for non-essential cookies.
Dossier chatbot
If you use the chatbot, your questions and the conversation are sent to an external AI service (via the Lovable AI Gateway, using a third-party model) to generate answers. We do not store the conversations; they are deleted when you close or reload the page. Please do not enter personal data or confidential information. Use is voluntary; the legal basis is your consent through active use (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 31 FADP).
Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
We use Google Search Console (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Bing Webmaster Tools (Microsoft Corporation) to check how this website appears in search engines. Only a verification code is placed on the website. No cookies are set and no data about visitors to this website is collected. The services only provide us with aggregated search data (e.g. search terms, clicks) without reference to individual persons.
